AutoText entry

An AutoText ENTRY is a name used to store text or graphics that are used often. With an AutoText entry, an abbreviated code can be used when a long word or item number is the same throughout a document. The entry can be inserted by typing the designated abbreviation and pressing F3. NOTE: Global AutoText entries are AUTOTEXT ENTRY that are available to all documents.
